Exchange and return of merchandise

You can decline to buy a merchandise any time before you get it. Or you can exchange or return merchandise within 7 days from the moment of it's arrival. The mandatory condition of returning and exchanging a merchandise is that it should not be used and that all the accompanying documents are intact (i.e. labels, packages etc.). All the pay checks are also should be available.

How do I return or exchange merchandise?

If you want to return or exchange merchandise, you should call us on +7 812 335 30 39 or send an e-mail on shop@horse-revolution.com within 7 days from the time of the arrival of a merchandise. We will provide you with a further details.

If you want to return a merchandise paid with bank card, you can get your money back only on the same bank card.
