Exchange and return of merchandise


If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or found any manufacturing or media defects, please, contact us and we will manage the situation. All products available in our shop are produced in US and fall under US agreements. You can not decline your order if the parcel is shipped to you during 2 hours after ordering. If you like to return your order, please contact us on tel: +7 812 335 30 39 or send an e-mail on shop@horse-revolution.com and we will provide you with address closest to yours as the return shipment is payed by customer.
Items bought with discounts are not returnable, unless the quality is bad.
The mandatory condition of returning product is that it should not be used and that all the accompanying documents are intact (i.e. labels, packages etc.).


We are not responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays etc. Delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks (shipping speed depends on shipping method, delivery conditions, customs processing etc.). If your order has not arrived after 40 days of being despatched please contact us. We are ready to ship again or return your money.
